1981 starring Lee Majors, Douglas Barr, Heather Thomas, and Marki Post.  Shot in Los Angeles, California, Hollywood.  1981.  That was a long time ago.  I was still in grade school.  And Heather, she was about 23 year old in the scene.  On Friday nights it aired on CBS.  But that was set aside for Watching some local football my dad wanted to watch.  It was some high school in Hawai'i.  Back then the high school games were played on bleachers made of wood.  Today all made of cement.  Many episodes.  5 seasons.  I remember one episode they were in Tahiti.  Pleasure Island.  Visiting Tahiti.  Jody and Howie and Colt were in Tahiti doing a movie or shoot.  Looks like Hawai'i to me.  But Hollywood is great.   I'll try to show some pictures of the episodes.  Jody was a stunt devil in the movie.  This must have been the 4th season.  So she was about 27 year old.  Looked like Tahiti.  More modernized now.  113 episodes 5 seasons

I'm not sure where in Tahiti this episode was shot in, but Teahupo'o is the town where the biggest waves in the world are in.  20ft. up waves just like Waimea Bay.  They are as popular as Hawai'i.  Former Hawai'i surfers have gone there.  Now deceased surfer Derek Ho, former world title holder for Hawai'i surfed there.  He got to number #1 in the world by surfing in Teahupo'o, Tahiti.  WSL.
