Athletics or Flunk outs in Politics

I'm sure athletics who go into politics don't get paid.  Like Steve Garvey.  Or Bernard Carvalho.  It's family.  So the pay is from Family.

This is what I don't like about athletics;  every class or school has few of them.  Into athletics and coaching.  And they only go with athletics who made a living working but used to play sports.  In our high school there's a few sports pukes who is older so they come across king and not supposed to buck the system and move away from athletics.  They're jocks or coaches in high school.  This is what I hate.  So by me telling the jocks off, I get even with the coaches too.  Who said I have to like Jocks or sports guys after high school?  This was probably given to you by your moms.  I'm here to bring out the facts.  They make no money in life and are not worth anything to the real business world or people I may know or they may know.

This is Waimea Bay.  Every year someone drowns while holding a eddie Aikau contest.  As you can see there are 3 surfers here.  12-15 waves at Waimea Bay is already a big thing.  But these are regulars at Waimea Bay.  This is for their love and for their whole life.  Not some contest they look up to and gain recognition by the WSL.  When judging surfers some people judge them this way.  Because many people have died already at Waimea Bay.

BettyLou Sakura-Johnson.  The newest WSL star.  She turned pro at Pipeline Masters on Oahu at age 16. On the WSL Tour now, 19 yrs old.

This is what I think of Kaua'i.  And basically their athletics going into politics.  The Bottom photograph.  Monkey Bridge

2018 news.  The Garden Island sports page, All KIF Christian Manera

His dad died shortly after Christian went to Henderson College for football.

This page is anything news.  Science, Economics, Business, or Politics.  Like what's happening with Hawaiian Airlines?  In a year and a half they're going to merge with Alaska Airlines.  What's the new airlines name now?  This is corporate take over.  And Kaua'i's airport, are they considering remodeling it?  This is a necessary step if they're going to change it to 12,000 ft. runway.  International runway.  Just some things in business news. This runway can be built.  It's a cross runway into Lihue Airport.  But closing the airport for 1 year about will be the event.  Barking Sands, Pole Hele will be the nearest runway for Kaua'i and the state.

Nights in Las Vegas

They are going to need engineers in Kaua'i County for doing this project. The problem again is politics.  Will they mix this politics up with business? I think they will mix it up.  Politics and business.  But engineers will be making more money than politics on a job like this.  Revamping the whole runway in Lihue.  On the right, photo of Waimea HS Ross Kagawa High School.  Ross Kagawa played baseball for UH 1987.  College.  Also played football in high school and basketball and baseball in high school.  How is it they're for education?  And his County Council run?  The guy flunked out of high school and the teachers flunked him out.  Along with Robin Chinnen and several athletes in that picture.  Also flunked high school.  That high school was a crap degree.  Waimea High School 1983.  What's up with that?

Lihue Airport bottom picture

Las Vegas

A new runway is needed because if there are going to be many Las Vegas flights directly from Kaua'i and back, the runway that they have now is too short for the Airbus A330.  Boeing.  12,000 ft.  The landing now into Lihue Airport, is a bit dangerous for some pilots who are new to the islands.  Only experienced pilots can fly it into the Lihue airport.  By increasing the runway to 12,000, this makes it safer for all passengers coming to Kaua'i.  This is Lihue Airport.  If you can see the terminal area?  That part will be removed.  The landing and take off strip will come left or bottom portion of the picture.  Near the control tower, just passing it to land and take off.  It will be a cross runway design into Lihue Airport.  12,000 ft. in Lihue if you design it that way.  The whole parking and airport structure has to be removed and placed in another location.  Really fast too.  As of 2023, there are 74,161 people on Kaua'i.  More people will be coming here, so a new airport runway is needed. 12,000 ft.   I think the makers or designers back in the 1950s were worried about building a runway into Lihue.  The thought of an airline overshooting the runway and landing in Lihue town crossed my mind.  But that would be rare cases with inexperience cockpits.  How many of those do you see?  None or few.  So they also designed it wrong.  Too much room going into Lihue.  Still yet able to tear down that stone wall in Lihue and place a runway near it if you have to.  But I think it's possible.

Business

Macy's is closing down.  Who will be the next store Kukui Grove shopping center will be bringing in? Final blow out sale all must go at 80% off.  Lots of workers will be losing their jobs.  Unemployment.  They're going to be collecting unemployment.  How much will this affect the community?

The comic

The polls?  Those are taken from tax payers' money.  For politics.  Student loan are given to politicians who need to run for office.  So they go on a school loan instead after they've played sports in college.  Sounds familiar to me.  Barak Obama.  Ron Kouchi.  Ross Kagawa.  Too weird is the pay for these politicians.  Must pay the loans back. Left photo is the comic.

You should see the 1984 Waimea High School yearbook.  Their 84' class picture had all the athletes and cheerleaders on the picture while all the other students who never played sports were in the back or side of the music building.  In the shade.  That's where the picture was taken. Really weird class graduation picture.

The problem are they signing important forms in government?  That will change other peopes' lives.  Like bank loans being nullified.  Or banks taking out money on their behalf, politics.  3 failed county councilmen.  And follow through with it.  Even years after they have gone out of politics.  Harry Reid did not go to high school and played football in high school.  Las Vegas Airport is named after Harry Reid.  His wife is jewish.  So that's something.

The bottom portion of the runway, will be a cross runway into Lihue Airport.  It will cross the main runway and cross the bottom terminal structure near the control tower.  That's about 12,000 ft runway.  If they design it that way.  i don't see anything happening because they'll give credit to that fat guy named Bernard Carvalho and call it Carvalho airport.  Politics.  Ridiculous.  But that's my saying on the airport being increased to 12,000 ft. 1970 Lihue Airport, same runway.  Main runway at 6,500 ft.  A bit too small yet...

Bernard Carvalho, top photo.  He is a county councilmen.  Kapa'a High school, c/o 1976.  His past record is he played too much sports.  He played High school football, basketball, track and field.  UH football college.  So plain and simple, he flunked out of high school. But now is into government.  The issue is, what's up?  Obviously not him.  Some one else with the money.  Now who?  And for Kaua'i.  I think people on Kaua'i are witchcraft.  They see sports and they automatically think rich.  They think this guy, that's the road to success.  Honestly, I'm for Honolulu.  And not for KIF.  Because KIF is bent on making a name for guys like Harada, 1966.  They've missed the rapture.  To buying a new car.  So they follow Carvalho, Fuertes, and others like them situated in poverty.  That's the issue.  Las Vegas trips.

So if you're looking at health insurance, already this man had concussions.  A deformity in his brains.  He thinks he's smart.  And he thinks he is doing the right job.  And he thinks he is doing the public a service.  Already a mental disorder called mental retardation.  But that's this man.  Bernard Carvalho.

If you're richer than athletics, then by George go to Las Vegas every year and rub it in.  Politics?  Make sure athletics knows that they're are looked upon as losers when they check into a Fremont Hotel.  And remind them of this when you're there.  We own the show.  Not you.  Because we can bring in the money and the profits for any hotel.   And not just a small rotten island hotel that they are trying to resurrect.  Coco Palms Hotel.  So make sure athletics know this if you see them in Las Vegas.  We call the shots.  Not UH sports.

This history of athletics in politics goes back to 1960s.  When not many students attended school in Kaua'i because they were not that many students on Kaua'i.  So the only students were athletics. Playing football in high school and graduating by playing their respective sports.  This continued all the way to 2000s.

Living808 on KHON2 news station every week day morning.  Started from 2015.  They talk about all kinds of issues.  3 local people.  Kelly Simek, Jon Veneri, and another local filopino man talking about the local issues they have in town.  Cooking. Hiking. Surfing. And what is?

Continue: "the big guy photo"

The big guy is the head for Kaua'i.  He is the person trying to bring up a coco palms hotel.  When there's nothing to that worthless piece of land.  Or building.  So speak your thoughts here.  Gun them down now.  Make a comment.  Against athletics.  Against coco palms hotel.  And I meant it too.  Against coco palms hotel.  Bernard is the most outspoken of the failures and athletics in politics.  So he's the leader of this group in the community.  I call this group pop culture.  Look it up and search for the meaning, it's there.  But this is the problem in our society.  Poorly, rundown community like Lihue town is today.  Full of rubbish, street bums, and dirty buildings.  Kaua'i is moving up in the world.  Because of Bernard.

Thank you.

I was curious though why politics is bent on pop culture.  Why not build a good runway airport or build a New Aloha Stadium? Or just improve the community by being more for the community?  Not too much people want to invest in Kaua'i.  That's just life.  They rather go to California, Nevada, or Brazil or Caribbean Islands to invest in.

If they do build the New Aloha Stadium in Halawa, the ticket prices will not change.

Sidelines $75 dollars

Endzones $100 dollars

Upper seats $50 dollars

VIP $500 - $1200 dollars

Special guest section higher price

In Halawa.  How the new stadium will look.  2028.  Many people want to see this built.  Ching field stadium is only 9,000 seats.  Expandable to 15,000 seats.  Division II AA NCAA college football play.  If they don't make the schedule.  That's UH football.  Seating.  I'm one of them who feels the UH athletics is ridiculous.  They have no fan support.  You're looking at former students and few locals to support it.   And former athletics.

First, they got to tear down this Aloha Stadium.  To be done in 2025. In Halawa.  I'm sorry.  UH and the state is relying on the Halawa complex.  Of which they already have $350 million dollars in the bank for their project.  UH has no funds.  Neither does the state have the funds.  They're using leverage from the community to pressure the state into burrowing more money from the federal.  Taxes.  The Hawaiian group building the Halawa complex knows this.  So they're waiting also from the state to see what the state will do.  Gaining interest also paying interest.  But the state and UH will definitely create a deficit with the New Aloha Stadium.  Finally outlook, court case by two sides Hawaiians and state on who owns the land.  The Hawaiians prevail.  Too much pressure from them and not enough support for a UH football program new Stadium in Halawa.

H1 is on the top of the picture.  Road going to your right is Salt blvd.  To your left, is Kamehameha highway heading into Aiea, Pearl City, and into Waipahu.  The stadium is in the middle.  UH expects the Hawaiians who own this land, to build those apts.  Called the Halawa Complex.  In the making now for 5 years and still counting.  They already have the money in the bank for the complex.  As for UH stadium?  Not yet.

Are they going to pay them?  The engineers doing the job, yes.  Can do.  Definitely insight to do a job and complete it.  But the politicians will get in the way and stop it.  Hopefully they'll do it and I'll write on it.  From here.  Probably get my name too written on the newspapers.

Waimea High School 1983 football.  1983 yearbook.  For education.  That's Ross Kagawa.  Playing football for education.  Also flunked high school.  And played UH baseball 1987.

I'm going to make a bet now.  I'll bet that UH Manoa will not make the schedule on time to build the new Aloha Stadium.  NCAA Division I football will be lost.  And UH Manoa football will be downgraded to NCAA division II AA college football division.  Just like Long Beach State 49ners. California.  And I predict this to happen over the next 5 years.  No stadium.  So an alternate location will be chosen.  Probably Lagoon Drive, honolulu Airport.

All of the 3 politicians you see here, many people don't like them.  Also many people like them.  Sports.  It's up to you to decide what is best for you.  Buying what they have or rejecting them.   What ever you got, it's yours.  So for me personally, I've contacted a witch doctor already.  I haven't

given them my request yet.  But they know I dislike something about anything.  If you do decide on "witchcrafting" these sportsman in politics, I do ask that you give credit to where credit is due.  The witches.  I am a firm believer in the super natural.  So if you like it, and call a witch to do something to these politicians, bad luck to happen, I'm with you doing this on your free time.  Free country to do so.

prediction: Hawaiian Airlines goes bankrupt.  Because UH football team got into a wind turbine tunnel at 32,000 ft and needing to make an emergency landing in Big Island.  Kona airport.  The airplane kills 100 people but survivors are 135 survivors when the airplane lands on its wings and flips over several time in Kona Airport.   I sense witches are here.  So I'll put my thoughts down too.

Tokyo.  Politics and Hawai'i.  How Hawai'i is governed?  That's this page.  Our government is run by a group of people who are educated and money oriented capitalistic individuals who thrives on power and money.  The rest of the politics like athletics in politics are failures and garbage can collections.  Even in government.  This is the story of Politics in Hawai'i.

Other Activities around Hawai'i

  • Hawai'i's most dangerous trails, Kalalau look out trail on the island of Kaua'i.  22 miles in and out.  It may take you 2 to 3 days to hike for the beginning hiker.  So be prepared.  If you're not fit, recommended not to hike.

Big adventure: Kalalau Trail of Kauai

Difficult | 22 miles | 800 ft. elevation gain | Entry and parking fees
Napali Coast
38 miles from Lihue Airport (LIH)

Just one trail leads to the remote Napali Coast of Kauai, and it was built in the late 1800s — needless to say, Kalalau TrailOpens external link to page that may not meet accessibility guidelines is not your average hike. At 22 miles roundtrip (out and back), this route requires at least a full day of your time, some significant hiking experience and an advance reservation through Haena State ParkOpens external link to page that may not meet accessibility guidelines. (Even the shorter Kee Beach to Hanakapiai section necessitates a day pass.) The trail mirrors a route that once connected Hawaiian settlements, crossing ridges and five valleys to reach Kalalau Beach, a secluded white-sand cove guarded by soaring cliffs. Before the final narrow descent, there are waterfall detours, strenuous switchbacks and an ancient taro field complex. This ancestral landscape has profound cultural importance, so please treat it with respect. Also know your limits and use extreme caution, especially during wet weather, cliffside exposure and rip currents. If this sounds intimidating, remember you can always see the stunning Napali Coast by a boat or helicopter tour.

It's Saturday night, and in Manoa

The goal of Hawai'i Athletics is to attract fans to build a 35,000 seat stadium in Halawa.  Doing their best is UH Cheerleading squad 2024.  Fans of Hawai'i getting a taste of the night life in Manoa on the Campus of UH Warriors.  So for just $75 dollars you too can buy one ticket to share this thrill of victory and feel like a champion.  UH Athletics in Manoa.  Honolulu.

Coco Palms Hotel finally gets Demolished

Since 2013 they have been speculating that a new Coco Palms Hotel might be built in Wailua.  It's been 11 years since then.  I don't know.  I mean a developer to come in to Kaua'i and just build a hotel for the island and spend all of his hard earn money on the island is too steep.  The economic factors surrounding this project is uncertain.  For one thing, look at the tourist coming into the island, it is too slow and not enough tourist.  And it has been this way for years.  Secondly, the competition with other hotels to patronize the visitors is also there.  They can just go to another hotel and not choose Coco Palms Hotel.  Profits and economic gains doesn't look promising.  Already a down side for the owner and developer.  I doubt this will work as planned.  The county is involved.  Look who's in the county?  Failures in Athletics.  Bernard Carvalho, Billy Decosta, Ross Kagawa, Ron Kouchi, all want to represent the owners and developers to Kaua'i as a whole and at-large group.  This is too ridiculous.  So I don't know yet.

Las Vegas Review

Las Vegas, Nevada.  International Airport.  14,515 ft. Main runway.  Smack right in the middle of building and deserts.  6 hours from Hawai'i.  If you ride any Boeing or SouthWest Airlines to Las Vegas.  Go in the winter time, that way it's cooler in the night or day.  More comfortable.  If you go in the summer about June, July, the weather is a baking 105 degrees Fehrenheit.  And for some, unbearable.  Winter time, the weather is just about right. 49 degrees to 65 degrees fehrenheit. So cooler and bring a jacket to keep warm.  For Hawai'i travelers going there.   Vacations Hawai'i has California hotel as one of the hotels to choose from.  5 nights and 6 days.  Clark County, Las Vegas, Nevada, 665,811 people in 2024.  The whole state of Nevada, 3,210,931 people in Nevada state. 2024. Visitors every year, about 42 million visitors annually.  2023.  Hawai'i receives less than 3 million visitors since the pandemic.  The bottom picture below the airport runway is Fremont hotel.  Within Walking distance to California Hotel, also in Downtown Square, Las Vegas, Nevada.  One of the choices for the package deal Vacations Hawai'i has.  The third Choice is MainStreet Hotel, just right around the corner of Fremont Hotel.   I've been to Las Vegas about  5 times on Vacations Hawai'i.  It was Jackie's travel back in the 1990s.

Las Vegas

Going to Las Vegas?  Vacations Hawai'i is the cheapest method to get there.  Food/Meals included with your hotel pay and stay.  Food coupons to use at the hotels.  Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.  Omni Air International is your carrier.  Serving chicken sandwich french fries or Hamburger french fries on the ride there.  Soda is on your own.  Honolulu flights only.  No outer island flights from Hawai'i allowed.  So must stop over in Honolulu.  Pick up a Beanie too at anyone of the hotels.  It's for cold weather.  Bring your warm clothing because it's 49 degrees in December.  Don't go during summer because you'll be baking in 105 degrees to 115 degrees Fehrenheit.  Downtown square is the location.  Downtown, Las Vegas.  Crowded.  Nice place to visit and have fun at nights in the hotel.  Not leaving the hotel for the 5 nights, you are not the only one to do this.  Many others do it that way.

This is Kailua Beach, Honolulu.  And Kaneohe Bay sand beach.  You can walk out 100 yards out, still be in knee deep waters.  That's on the sand.  One of Oahu's favorite spots to go to.  Popular location and everyone comes here.  Crowded during the summer time.

On a small island like KIF, it's hard to write it on the internet.  You got a bunch of locals going to comment all concentrated in one area and they don't know where everything else is.  And comments on sand bar beach in Oahu is farthest from the truth.  That's what that guy on KIF is all about.  Just for the small portion of voters.  This pictures are for anyone in the world wanting to know what Oahu is like and where.  Kailua beach, Kaneohe sand bar beach.  North shore area of Honolulu.

Las Vegas is a great place to visit.  Hawai'i residents can easily be noticed in California Hotel, Fremont hotel, or Mainstreet station hotel.  Visiting is great.  But it cost money to visit.  Comparing oranges with oranges.  Which is the best.  All the same or different distinct taste?

This Las Vegas monorail.  It's similar to Oahu, but not quite.  And Oahu's SkyLine is not that crowded or used.  And only runs few miles.  This monorail.  Nice design.  The engineers were experts.  A good job done.  3.9 miles long.  Near the airport and adjacent to the Las Vegas Strip.  MGM Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip.  We stopped stepped in the Lobby of this Hotel.  But not any Hawai'i locals here, so a different feeling all together.  But where the rich boys stay at.  Popular on the movies.  MGM.  You've heard of it.  IBF boxing federation fight, heavy weight championship match.  Where it is held.  Wow.  Not bad design.  Really out did themselves.  That's below the UH Cheerleader.

Average daily room rate in downtown, Las Vegas Hotels like California is $52.73 dollars. per night.  Cheaper than the strip.  Which is about $204.22 dollars.  The average nights per stay for visitors is about 3.5 nights. The average revenue per room rate in the strip is $166.85 dollars.  Down town are is $100.23 dollars per room rate per night stay is the average revenue.  So more expensive to stay at the strip than downtown area.  42 million visitors.  The majority of the visitors are from California. Gaming Revenue, $44,443,000 dollars per one one month.  These are all one month figures.  In 2022, 4.24 million visitors were from California.  A lot of visitors into Las Vegas every year.

If you see any local politics in Hawai'i who are from KIF or OIA in Las Vegas, what do you do?  I wear my $300 dollars brown biker jacket at nights to rub it in.  Then I sip a pina colata at the bar near the gaming area and play slot machines.  That's style and how you do it.  Remember that.

Las Vegas has a NFL stadium.  65,000 seats.  Hawai'i is trying to follow Las Vegas.  Building a new one for UH Manoa.  35,000 seats in Halawa.  Some people like the Hawaiians don't like it because it's on their land and they just don't like U.S.A.  Other like myself don't care but side in with the Hawaiians because UH Manoa football is not worth jack shit.  Economically speaking, not there.  Not enough fans in Hawai'i.  Since 2019, the fans have dwindled down to 18,000 fans on a regular basis.  Lots of fans going else where.  The page is to point out one of the places Hawai'i fans have movd to.  Las Vegas vacations.

This the high school I went to.  They call this club, Infinities.  Made up of some students who liked to just think or hang out.  Billy Griep who is already dead.  He was the president to this club.  I brought this up because I thought they were an interesting group.  Who told them that the high school or athletics ruled the land?  The idea is to become whatever you wish to be.  Apparently the idea is to follow high school athletics.  But it's millionaires in Las Vegas who are running the show.  I thought this club in 1983 was an interesting club in high school.

Car Audio in Las Vegas.  I started studying this topic in 1993.  I was working at Alamo Rent-a-car.  Part time.  Already out of UH.  Las Vegas, Car show.  Subwoofers, three-way speakers, two-way speakers, pre-amp crossovers, speaker inputs, differential inputs, and other wiring goodies for just us car audio enthusiast who know this stuff by heart.  I learned it from a guy.  The guy's name is Mark Rumreich.  Car Installation.  His book came out in 1989.  Not that long book.  I have another forum I'm on.  Car Audio forum in Los Angeles.  I have about 1,000 post to my credit.  Still going strong.  Joined June of last year 2023.  I'm on that forum too.  I haven't gone on for 2 months though.  Busy with this.

This is in Las Vegas.  If you're interested make friends with that kind of guys on the forum.  Pakistani.  Excellent in all his work.  Top notch.  You'll be the same way as him in a few years.

In 1993 I didn't really get into the hobby because well there were bad vibes about it.  Like it's an easy subject.  Or not anything is the subject and you cannot really find a job on that what you're doing.  Things like that.  So hesitant to go into it.  I already knew they existed because I've heard of Pioneer, Alpine, Kenwood, and I've seen the newer radios at the time they came out.  Switching over to radios and not cassettes any more.  Now I'm older, it's a different mindset.  There is no loss to studying it.  It only gets better.  So by me joining a car audio forum, I figured I get more knowledgeable in the subject and use computers at the same time.  This works out.

ooh...goodies.  This is a Camaro 1990.  Swapping out a Delco system in place of another premium sound system.  This is from Third Generation forum.  Also a Car Audio forum.  Swapping a radio.  Premium sounds.  So there's a factory amplifier.  So on the new radio he'll need to bypass the factory amp to get to the solution.  This comes with special type of wiring done.  American cars.  Pin slots will be redirected to the radio and bypassing the factory amp.  Special ISO plugs used with the wiring #16 gauge wiring.  He was doing this by hand and knit picking each wiring to correct slots.  This so that the new radios can work on the speakers and utilize the internal amps instead.  To work.  It won't work if you connect it as is.  ISO connections.

There's a few places in OIA you can visit.  Car Audio stores or specialty stores like electronics.  On some set ups they use a capacitor near the subwoofer to gain added energy.  If you're driving up the pali or hills, the energy lost from the battery to gas, the capacitor is there as a small storage for the subwoofer.  On Kaua'i not sure if anyone is interested.  It's only because there's nothing to do and too much other distractions on Kaua'i.  But in Las Vegas and California, whoa...big time into the trade and sign me up.  When can I start working? Bottom left picture is a Delco connector.  Above picture is a Delco Radio.  Uses this connectors.  The below picture was the International Auto Sound Challenge Association.  1st Annual held in Tempe, Arizona, on Arizona State University Campus. 1989.  35thh years anniversary is this year, 2024.  All on the mainland.  Biggest event in Car Audio.

If I'm not mistaken, they're trying to hold an event like the IASCA has one on the mainland.  So a sub agency to that organization.  On the campus of UH Manoa.  Lower campus near Ching field.  I'll get back to you on this...

Just saving some thing for the time.  Ignore it....

I got my steering wheel controls to work with my JVC head unit using a PAC SWI-RC. It is really simple to do. Here is a little write up on how to do it, should you want to attempt it.

If you have factory steering wheel controls there will be a connector by the radio that has a orange wire and a black wire. Check to make sure there is 5 volts (when car is on, or in radio position). Push a button on the steering wheel and make sure the value changes. If there is an issue, that will need to be addressed first.

Goto the PAC website here. Fill in all the information and print out the programming instructions.

Back at the car, splice the black wire of the PAC unit to a ground. the red wire to a switched 12v, I just spliced mine into the radio harness adapter. Take the orange wire on the PAC unit and splice it into the orange wire in the car that you tested earlier. All other wires on that connector can be tucked away, cut off, or whatever.

The other end of the unit has a wire and a male 3.5mm jack. Depending on the style of head unit, use the appropriate connector to go to the steering wheel remote input of your deck.

When I put the radio back into the pod, I had to tuck the PAC box up behind the AC controls. So make sure you don't cut the wires short.

Install complete, now to program it.

Here is where it gets tricky. Follow the instructions you printed out earlier to program it to your particular head unit. Each manufacturer does it differently. the PAC unit needs to be flashed and set to your head unit.

When programming the buttons, the instructions say to hold to hold down the button. That is wrong. Just push and release the button. Wait a second, then push the next button. I found, at least with mine, if the button is held down the voltage on the signal wire will change and it wont program correctly.

After programming check it out. Should work good or will need to be reprogrammed. It took me a couple tries to get it right.

I am just putting this little tutorial out for anyone who might be interested. I might be able to answer questions you may have about the PAC unit itself. But I doubt I will be able to answer any programming questions that pertain to your particular radio.

This is Timmy Chang's Career.  I never did know who he was.  He came out of high school in 1999.  UH Manoa's newest star.  He lit up the big screens at Aloha Stadium.   And obviously more popular than Bernard Carvalho of Kaua'i.  Even as a UH football coach.  I never did know Timmy existed until UH Manoa brought it up years after and then.  But he's a popular star in Honolulu.  I don't know how many people on Kaua'i like him.  But Oahu fans adore him.  And they look up to him.   As for his career in coaching, 3 rd season this fall. If he loses, I think he'll be fired.  So still waiting.  Chinese ancestry.  Timmy Chang making a name for himself on Oahu.  Ching Field.  Waiting to see if he'll make it into the new Aloha Stadium, as a head coach still for UH football.  5 years from now.  If you like Timmy from anywhere in Hawai'i, then sign my blog and voice your opinion.  Timmy Chang and the latest icon/star to hit TV.

Science news

What's the latest news from Kona?  Building a new one way or closing it down.  Too many cracks in Kona runway.  A disaster waiting to happen.  Volcano in Hilo taking its toll and creating a situation that requires attention.  How to fix that runway.  What's your take on that?  That's one crack on the runway they found.  From the volcano.  It's not on the runway though.

They'll close it down.  Because it's on the runway.  But according to the flight path controls, all landing has to come in top dead center of the runway to land safely.  So even though there's crack on the sides of the runway, they'll keep it open for pilots and let it slide.   A bad landing then will not be safe or saved if they land on one of these cracks.  A total disaster will happen.  They slide off the runway, then flip over.

Economics

Hawai'i has 1.4 million people a little over that amount.  We don't have enough to make a gambling site on Oahu.  Not enough people locally or tourist coming every year.  Hawai'i is stuck with what you see, tourism.   Not business to go around.  Nevada is rich in money.  So they can easily make it into a gambling area and it has always worked out that way since 1970s.  Hawai'i has no choice, but tourism as the main economic sector.  Money.

I'm curious to this Coco Palms Hotel demolition site, why'd they don't just use dynamite.  In 2 days, it's all done.  Now it will take 2 weeks to a month to clean it up.  Really odd expenses they go after.

UH Cheerleader in Manoa

Cheerleaders in UH Manoa Campus showing us how it's done.  Getting the winning edge.  Cheering for your favorite sports.  This is on a Saturday and later on in the day.  About 5:30 pm.  I think this is in West Oahu UH Campus, Waianae side of the island.   Afternoon time.
